In this full one day Reiki Level 1 class you will learn the history of Reiki & Dr Usui,  how to give treatment to yourself and others.  You will receive sacred initiations of Reiki First Degree, permanently linking you to the Reiki Source.  The additional energy of Holy Fire Reiki is infused into the initiation/ignition of the Reiki Energy into your being.

You will learn how to integrate Reiki into a massage practice, yoga practice or any other modalities you love. Also traditional hand positions for self-healing and for channeling Reiki to others. Detailed manuals are included. Each  participant will receive & give  Reiki during the course of the day. There will be time for questions so that your understanding of this powerful healing method can be deepened.

You will receive Reiki 1 certification, which will allow you to continue your Reiki studies should you wish. To ensure everybody gets individual attention classes are kept small.
